As mentioned earlier, Mozilla is releasing the second release candidate (RC2) for Firefox 3. And yes, Firefox RC2 has arrived, available for public download now.
The RC2 includes fixes for some top priority bugs causing crashes, performance inefficiency, and localization-releated issues.
