The company of which I’ve been working with for 3 and half years (first job), has moved into a new office at Plaza Glomac Kelana Jaya.

On the auspicious date of 12/12/2008 (Fri) at 11am, we’ve officially moved, even though the furnitures were still in the midst of being assembled. So, we practically went into the office at 11am, and left by 12pm :p Only started our work on coming Monday, while the Network Services department were struggling throughout weekend to fix hundreds of network cables and ports, and bring up racks of servers.
When what did we do during the auspicious hour?

Some people were checking out the office floor plan and his/her seat, some were calculating his/her auspicious facing direction based on Life Gua, chit-chat in group, and there were people praying for 4-digit number too!

Now, half month has passed, and of course, the new office is almost fully furnished. We have a fingerprint access system, some electronic “eyes” and motion sensors as security measures. However, there are TOO MANY SWITCHES in the office now, and yet all are not centrally placed.

We have an unisex washroom, but each closet of creatively labeled to indicate lady’s or gent’s.
According to our CEO, this new office is so-called Feng Shui-correct, with each sector carefully analyzed using the principals of Xuan Kong Fei Xing (Flying Stars).
